The interpreter costs AUD 83 because you booked him for 1 hour.

Communication costs

The conferencing costs are:
AUD 28 x (45 min)/(60 min) = AUD 21
Dial-out to participants in Belgium and The Netherlands (land lines) is free. The destination China is in zone 6 which has a tariff of AUD 0.43 per minute. The telephony costs are:
45 min * 0.43 AUD/min = AUD 19.35
The total amount for communication is AUD 40.35

Since the participants dial in their selves no telephony costs will be charged.
